I have been asked by many of our Members to run for the Board in the upcoming election. I believe I can add value and continue to help improve our cooperative Board. I grew up in the tire business, mostly in Lewiston Idaho, where my father started his own store in 1966. I have experience working in all facets of the business, retail, commercial, wholesale & retreading – both medium truck and passenger.

I graduated from University of Utah with a BA in Business Management and have been the President of Bruneel Point S for 20 years. In recent years, two of my children have joined me in the business and our group. Being in Idaho our stores are smaller, like many of our Members, ranging from $1 to $1.5 million in annual sales. I believe that our cooperative is the best way for our Members to take advantage of the opportunities of the ever‐changing Tire and Automotive repair industry. Our Group’s loyalty to each other has been and will continue to be critical to our cooperative. Between our Board, Staff and Members we must have the right mix of people and Stores with their commitment of continued growth and improvement. This is a primary driver of how we continue to compete in our industry.

In my past service on the Board, I was involved with our LLC and CO‐OP re‐organization as well as served on several committees for Insurance, marketing, and the hiring of key home office employees. As a Board member I will use my industry experience, education, administration, accounting and marketing experience to help guide our Group. I have always been a direct communicator. I believe it is important to listen and share points of view, and especially encourage ideas that differ, so that we can all benefit from our collective knowledge. Thank you for taking the time to learn about me and ways I could help our group. Please contact me with your thoughts. I welcome your input, both pro and con. I strive to listen to all input and believe that communication is a key ingredient to our success.
